We understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, modifications, and refunds are handled.
1. General Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation requests must be made via website/app/contact email.
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
2. Flights
- Flight bookings are subject to airline policies.
- Non-refundable tickets: No refund is provided.
- Refundable tickets: Refunds are issued after airline deductions.
- Rescheduling may incur additional fees and fare differences.
3. Hotels
- Hotel cancellations depend on the property’s policy.
- Flexible bookings: Full refund if canceled before the specified deadline.
- Non-refundable bookings: No refund will be issued.
4. Holiday Packages & Tours
- Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Up to 80% refund (after deductions).
- Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% refund.
- Cancellation 0–14 days before departure: No refund.
- Some packages may be fully non-refundable due to third-party commitments.
5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will follow supplier policies.
Service fees may still apply.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your booking (flight, hotel, tour), no refund will be provided.
7. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, but may take longer depending on banks or payment providers.
